Facial Facts

Facial Session’s are 60—75 minutes and include:

• A skin analysis to determine in facial treatment, proper home care regimen and to address any questions or concerns you may have.
• A facial cleanser for your skin type
• Relaxing steam, herbal heat mask or warm aromatic towels
• Skin condition dependent exfoliation (manual, enzyme, hydroxyl peel, ultrasonic or manual microdermabrasion

• Massage of hands and arms
• Massage of shoulders, face, neck, upper back and décolleté
• Extractions (when necessary)
• A customized finishing mask
• Sun screen or a night cream and eye cream
• Heated mitts & booties upon request (add on service)
• Customized aromatherapy throughout the facial

We can address and correct an array of skin conditions such as rosacea, acneic skin conditions, teen breakouts, anti-aging, sensitive skin and dry/oily conditions.

For optimum results the majority of these treatments are recommended in an initial series of six treatments to jump start the healing and renewal process and then bi-monthly or monthly for proper maintenance. These facial treatments will not leave you red and irritated.

Note: It is important to have regular skin analysis to determine proper skin care products for the winter and summer seasons.

The Body-Oasis Signature Facial is a custom designed facial complete with a skin analysis, an exfoliation of either grains, enzyme, glycolic peel, microdermabrasion or ultrasonic, an aromatherapy massage with hot facial stones. The duration of the facial massage is extended and includes a hand and foot massage followed by heated mitts & boots. This makes a wonderful first time facial or when you could use just a little extra pampering.

Signature Facial $100 : 90 minutes

These enzymes digest dead cells that cause oil and dirt to be trapped under the skin that cause breakouts. Recommended for teenage acneic prone and problem skin conditions. Dramatically creates a youthful appearance improving skins texture, elasticity, color and firmness.

Enzymatic Facial $55 : 60 minutes Enzyme Only $25 : 30 minutes

This is a powerful Glycolic Acid Peel. This treatment is ideal for skins with residual scarring, hyperpigmentation/sun spots, textural issues, or acneic skin conditions. Your skin will look clear, smooth and hydrated. Because this product loosens the intercellular glue that holds the upper dead layers of the skin together, some clients experience light peeling a few days after treatment. This treatment will not leave you red or irritated. Minimal post peel discomfort.

Note: If you do experience peeling it is recommended that you come in for an enzyme exfoliation treatment to rid your face of the peeling dry skin.

For optimum results this treatment is recommended in an initial series of six treatments with the use of at home post peel skin care products.

Glycolic Facial $70 : 60 minutes Glycolic Treatment $30 : 30 minutes

Designed for clients who want the polished and fresh effects of a clinical machine microdermabrasion treatment but who do not want the irritation that is the result of harsh crystals that the treatment entails. This manual microdermabrasion treatment uses ultra-fine pumice crystals in a cream form giving you the same polished effects reducing and smoothing the appearance of large pores, uneven skin tone for that porcelain look. Proper at home products are used in conjunction with professional in office treatments for optimum results.

Microdermabrasion $60 : 60 minutes

This treatment incorporates the use of the ultrasonic machine for maximum results to combat congested, clogged, acne-prone skin. With a combination of highly effective medicated acne fighting products the correct massage techniques, proper extraction, as well as a at home skin care regimen, we will work together as a team in healing existing acne flare-ups and prevent future breakouts. This treatment is very effective yet gentle enough not to leave you red or irritated. For best results, it is highly recommended that you schedule six weekly treatments followed by bi-monthly and then monthly facials as well as a proper daily home regimen.

Acneic Facial $ 85 : 60 minutes Acneic Facial Series of Six $450

This treatment will address the needs of male skin. Men’s skin can be unique in that it can become irritated due to shaving, dry and flaky due to improper moisturizing, sunburned from lack of sun screen, and acne-prone caused from an imbalance in the oil to water ratio of the skin. This treatment will help make your skin look and feel its best.
A facial designed specifically to address the above mentioned skin conditions as we free the pores from the exposure to daily elements. A powerful deep tissue massage of the neck, decollete, shoulders, hands and a facial massage to relax facial muscles then ending your session with steamed aromatic towels will leave you feeling better than you did when you walked in.
